Shipping policy

We are committed to ensuring that your UY scent reaches you safely, securely, and as promptly as possible.

DISPATCH TIMELINE

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment once payment has been received and confirmed on our account.
Standard dispatch takes place within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that during periods of high demand, slight delays may occur — we appreciate your understanding and patience.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
This email will be sent to the address provided in your order. Please ensure your email and shipping details are correct at checkout.

CARRIERS & DELIVERY

  • We ship with trusted courier partners to ensure a reliable and insured delivery. Shipping times may vary based on destination, but you can expect:
  • Germany: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • EU: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • International: 4–10 business days after dispatch

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes, courier delays, or postal issues beyond our control. However, UY Studio remains responsible for the shipment until it has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, unless delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

In any case we will do our best to support you if issues arise.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • We do not ship orders before payment has cleared.
  • If your delivery address is incorrect, and the parcel cannot be delivered, any resulting costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

PICK UP & TIMELINES

Orders marked for pickup must be collected within 12 months from the date of purchase.

If an order has not been collected within this period, and the customer has not responded to our collection reminders, we reserve the right to cancel the order and release the items from storage.

In such cases, the order may no longer be eligible for refund, replacement, or collection.
